Tufour is a project to use the Xbox 360 as a thin client for various platforms by using the Media Center Extender functionality built into it.
I've contacted the developer and he has written a brief client that works with his MCE emulator, I'm using this as a basis for developing the device part of an extender device.
However there is no upnp in this project so far, something that MCE uses to detect the extender and I'm currently working with the lead developer of Cyberlink UPNP (www.cybergarage.com) to port his java stack over to C#.
Since the softsled project is exact reverse of what he is doing, I think its very beneficial to keep an eye on this project.
Project is written in C# handy for me :-).

Thanks for the information. I applaud this project as I would love to be able to use the 360 as a thin client. I hope something comes out of this projec that will further the development of a softsled-like application.
Keep posting good news stories like this one.
I really need to get this site fully functional so that we can get this project going, but with work and a new baby it's slow.
